Hello Friends, Welcome to my blog post

In Today's blog post,
I will tell you about how to make a resume and how to make a resume for the first job which help you to make the best and easy resume or cv for your jobs and resume or a cv is really an important thing which makes your life much easier so now I will tell you about the how to prepare a resume and how to make resume or cv for freshers.

Can you believe that getting optimized keywords to beat the bots is this easy? I know it's mind blown.

Hello and welcome back to the blog post where I help you slay your career and cultivate the successful life you deserve.

I release two new videos each week. You might have heard something about resume keywords and how important they are to make sure that your resume beats the notes and helps you land on top of the stack.

So you can get more job interviews and then offers. If not, I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but they are really important when you're applying for jobs online, but I'm going to help you figure out this new mysterious resume keywords problem that you have.

You do not need any advanced SEO knowledge, expensive software or precis career coaches to figure it out. I know I'm a snake eating its tail right now. Because I'm going to show you a shortcut to find your resume keywords for the low, low price of a like button tap.

And if it blows their mind to promise that you're going to share it with a friend after you read this blog post, you can pay. Now, I'll wait Now that you're paid up, let's jump right into it. This is a super fast process. You can do this in 30 seconds or less once, you know the steps let's jump into LinkedIn so I can show you.

You're going to go into LinkedIn, go to your profile and on your profile. There's this more button click on that and then choose, build a resume, choose new resume. Then pop your target job title right in there and click apply. you can see you have this nice list of skills.

They're all right. They're listed out for you based on the knowledge that LinkedIn has. From LinkedIn job postings. Can you believe that getting optimized keywords to beat the bots!? It's this easy. I know it's like mind blown. BUT We're not done yet, because we still need to get these into our resumes.

I don't generally use auto-generated resumes from LinkedIn, but if you do want a video on how I would use this, just drop it into the comments down below, no matter where you are creating your resume, take this list of keywords and copied it from LinkedIn and then paste it into your resume document.

Once it's there delete any skills that you don't possess, because of course you should not lie on a resume and say that you have skills that you do not. That is a no, no. But for those that you do, what you can do is you can use the find function to see if they're already in there.

When you do, you got to do a little celebration, don't worry dance that you already have that keyword when you don't swap out a similar term or just add a line to reflect that skill, you do still need to update your resume for each job that you apply for it in my books, that is a non-negotiable in today's market or any job market.

But now your resume has the keywords that we already know companies are looking for. When they're looking for you. In addition to the keywords, I highly recommend that you ensure you're unique and awesome and that the quotient of your UAQ is highly reflected in your resume.

If you're not sure what your UAQ is yet, I highly recommend that you sign up for my upcoming workshop, glow up your career, because we're going to deep dive and help you discover your UAQ. I'll leave the link down below.

There is one more thing that I want to talk about that is important. Especially when we think about optimizing our resumes. So often, the conversation is just on optimizing for the bots and making sure that the keywords are there and that's important.

But the most important thing that you need to optimize for is the human that is going to be reading your resume.

You have six seconds to hook their attention and make them say, OMG, I need to call this person right now.

The best and few quick tips to make or prepare a resume or cv for freshers for their first jobs.

Do you have the resume you need for the job you want?

Here are a few quick tips.

1. Format your resume for skim readers.

Most corporate jobs average up to 350 applicants or more.

That means hiring managers spend an average of just six seconds on each resume to find the best candidates Use white space, boldface, and other format techniques to make it easy to find quickly what they're looking for and what they want.

2. What are employers looking for?

Keywords! 95% of applications are filtered by applicant tracking software and only 30% of resumes are even viewed Customize your resume to each position by identifying and including keywords and phrases from the job description.

Look for specific words that describe responsibilities, skills and other qualifications Having the correct keywords in your resume or cv will improve your chances of getting an interview.

3. Don't undersell yourself.

Your experience section doesn't have to focus only on jobs and internships Classes, research projects, and volunteer experience may be relevant to the position too.
